What It Means to Be a Test Center

As an SAT® test center, your school is committed to opening the doors of college opportunity for your students. Now is the best time for juniors to sign up for the May SAT.

Here are four reasons to register today — please share them with your students and their families:

1. They'll have an advantage: On average, students who took the PSAT/NMSQT® in 11th grade score higher on the SAT. Also, the PSAT/NMSQT and the SAT have the same format, so your students are already familiar with the test.

2. They'll be in a familiar setting: Since your school is a test center, they can take the SAT in a familiar setting.

3. They'll get free practice tools: We have lots of free practice tools to help students get ready, including the Daily Practice for the new SAT mobile app and the Official SAT Practice on Khan Academy®. If students link their College Board and Khan Academy accounts, they'll get free personalized practice recommendations.

4. They'll extend their reach: The SAT connects students to college planning resources, scholarships, and more.
