About Me

The 2017-2018 school year will be my 15th year in education and my 8th year at Willis High School.  I originally taught math and coached here from 2000 - 2006.  I will be teaching Algebra II and Math Models this year and will also fulfill duties as Head Freshman Football coach this fall as well as Assistant Track coach in the spring.  I bring 15 years of teaching and coaching experience with stops in College Station, Coldspring, and Navasota, in addition to Willis.  My other educational service came as a consultant for  ESC Region VI.

I graduated from Conroe High School in 1982.  From Conroe, I went to College Station to attend Texas A&M University and then moved on to Sam Houston State where I received a BS in Kinesiology with a minor in Mathematics.

I have been married 25 years to Audra who is also a teacher.  We have twin sons, Blake and Bradley who are currently pursuing their own college degrees.
I believe that each student has great potential and I accept the challenge to find, unlock, and develop that potential.
